Fuel plans, final

Decisions only, no history, closed with your v16 notes. Everything here is what gets built, starting today. Your last note: one word on every badge, the full form on the page. So the badge says Club and Managed; the page says Fuel Club, and Managed, full service. Managed is the word the trade moved to; full service stays beside it for the legacy-minded. Say one word if you want Full Service back on the badge.

Roles, never names, in the plan copy. On the Thursday call: the Coach, and often the Engineer, the Mechanic and the Strategist drop in. The Engine is never sold as a CRM; it is where the posts get approved, the outreach goes out, the leads land, and the Help Desk answers.

3 · The words, and where each one lives

Pit CrewThe boxes and the bots working the car between lapsthe automated crew
AcademyThe Insert Fuel Academy: courses, and certifying people as builderscourses and certification
FuelaRace Control; keeps her nameyour AI assistant for the race
The Engineengine.insertfuel.com, HighLevel inside, as it already isthe system under the hood
The Insert Fuel appWhat everyone says. Fuel Dash is the home screen's word inside it; Fuel OS only in documentation. Nothing more creative: Insert Fuel already isthe app
TaskA work request, a ticket, a fix, a Help Desk ask: all one word, on the board, in the chat, on the invoice ("from your hours: 3 tasks")a piece of work
White Glove OnboardingThe first 30 or 60 days on Co-Pilot and Full Service: sessions until you are set, based on what you needextra care at the start

Rule: every creative name carries its plain one beside it, on the page and in the tooltip.

RetiredSpecial Fuel; Hypercare Block (its sessions live inside White Glove Onboarding); the ChatGPT-therapist line; Regular Fuel Plan and Premium Fuel Plan as products (the seats are sold as seats)—

Two words in every name. Services draw fuel hours first. Nine merch items, a fixed list in the app, so no live store through the HighLevel partner.

Why the fix prices, and why they never compete with a seat. Market, September 2026: a small website or automation fix is $50–150 on Fiverr and Upwork and $99–299 at an agency; "fix anything" jobs run $400–1,000; a freelance designer charges $75–150 for one graphic. Our seats sell an hour at $120 (Coach), $100 (Co-Pilot) and $87 (Full Service). A fix is priced at $147 an hour or more, above every seat's rate, and capped by hours; past the cap the answer is "get on track", a seat. So a fix is the door in, never the cheaper way to hire us.

7 · Names on the web

8 · What happens now, in order

  1. The registry. One file holds the ladder: key, word, octane, colour, price, hours, the driving line. Every page, badge, bot prompt and email reads from it. Old names stop being typed anywhere (89 files say "Starter Fuel" today).
  2. The plans table. Display names and octane on the existing rows, new list prices, and a per-brand price so existing clients keep theirs. Fuel Club added as a plan.
  3. The pages. /plans and the compare table redrawn as the pump; the capsule shows the octane and the word; the profile hover says the plain meaning.
  4. The people and the bots. Titles on profiles; Otto, Hiro, Iris, Fuela, Mario; Lea and Austin created and trained on the playbook; the Help Desk label with 24/7; the Garage room; Pit Stop Thursdays as the event's name; "task" as the one word for a work request.
  5. The Shop. Renames, the four fixes with their hour caps, the Maintenance Plan, Builder Gear, retirements.
  6. The funnel. /start, the Playbook e-book and PDF, the Club checkout with country pricing, founding members marked.
  7. The words in the wild. Help pages, the playbook, the bots' language rules, the GHL plan names, the CRM.

Each step is a task on the board with its own number, and each ships when its type check is green and nobody is on a call. Nothing here contacts a client; the founding-member note to the community waits for your go.
