From oilfields to owners
I started out writing code and mapping business processes at Accenture. That taught me one thing early: most work that eats people's days can be done by a system instead.
Then I took that overseas. In Oman I designed digital monitoring systems for oilfields, and in Brunei I led a full oilfield automation project that cut cycle times by 78% and saved $50M in operational costs. Halliburton and Accenture's digital transformation work came after, across five continents.
Then life knocked me flat: divorce, foreclosure and total burnout. Rebuilding taught me what the big projects never did. Freedom is the point. Today, through Insert Fuel and Let Go Boss, I bring those same systems to owners and leaders, so they can scale without carrying everything themselves.
