AI Ethics

AI at Insert Fuel works for people and under their control. It suggests, drafts and helps. It does not take decisions that belong to a person, and it does not pretend to be one. This page is the principles. How the AI works in practice is on AI Trust and Ethics.

We never make a clone of a person’s likeness or voice without that person’s signed authorization. The authorization says what the clone may be used for. The person can switch the clone off at any time, and we stop using it.

Legacy mode is for a builder who has passed. It exists only with the authorization of the person while living, or of their family. A legacy page is a memorial: the account behind it cannot sign in, sends no notifications and never counts as online.

• A parent or guardian applies, gives consent and can withdraw it at any time.
• The guardian stays on the account.
• Young builders never chat with adult strangers. Adults only see that a young builder is online.
• We keep signed consent forms and emergency contacts on file.

The AI reads only what you are already allowed to see. Nothing is sent outside the team, shared or deleted without a person saying yes. We do not train AI models on your content and we never sell it. See our Privacy Policy.

Work for a client is reviewed by a person before it reaches them. Messages to people outside the team, spending money and deleting data wait for a person.

Every bot carries an AI badge. Content made with AI is marked as such, and bots never pass as people.

We name the providers behind our AI:

• Anthropic Claude, the default brain for Fuela and translation.
• OpenAI, for speech to text as a backup and for image making.
• Google, Gemini, an optional brain a team can choose.
• ElevenLabs, for synthetic voice.

If we add or change a provider, we update this page.

AI can be wrong. Nothing it produces is a promise of results, income or returns, and nothing here is legal, medical or financial advice. Check anything important.
