The Transition

From Accenture and HalliburtonTo a Business That Runs Without Me

“My agency runs without me. It doesn't fall apart if I'm not here. It took me four years. I did it the hard way. I don't want you to go through the hard way.”

Capturing the Learnings

I'm sharing lessons learned so you can adopt and make it right.

  • I built my own

“Our very own community software, built with my coaching 100% all-in, freedom from any software out there. I wasn't happy with any. I built my own!”

  • My clone is my legacy

“My clone does not share any secrets from any other client brand channels. But it learns from the community, so the more you contribute to the community, the more it gets smarter.”

  • Properties that run themselves

“Every property I have built is a reflection of a growth phase in my life. Today, they run themselves through automation and trusted teams, allowing me to keep growing.”

In my own words

Top 10 Lessons Learned

I'm not perfect. I'm far from it. It took me a long time, but this is our playbook.

  1. 1

Nobody buys hours. People buy the ability to stop doing something.

  2. 2

Letting go is not stopping work. It is taking your hands off a wheel you are perfectly capable of holding, and letting somebody else steer while you keep caring about where you end up.

  3. 3

Stick to one software. Stick to one plan. Stick to your vision. Make sure you love what you do, or change what you do.

  4. 4

A prompt is a request. A job description is a standard.

  5. 5

Check the work every day for a week. Then weekly. Then stop. The stopping is the point. Everything before it is just training.

  6. 6

Perfect enough. That's your new word.

  7. 7

A lot of people that complicate things are hiding things.

  8. 8

Your business isn't slow. Your systems are.

  9. 9

The business that follows up first closes first.

  10. 10

Growth that does not show up in the number does not exist.

Things I'm Learning

We're always on the latest and greatest. That's why we all quit corporate.

  • Claude

Every member of my community gets a Claude account. Feed it the calls, emails and contracts and ask: tell me my weaknesses, strengths, and why they would or would not renew.

  • Vibe coding

Built my first Arabic website using vibe coding. This is about letting go of overthinking and just executing.

  • AI clones

Talk to my clone to be your mentor. It's actually gonna draw you a diagram, create tasks, create goals. The more you talk to it, the smarter it's gonna get.

  • Making videos

My desk is set up for making videos: a computer, a teleprompter, a 4K webcam, a light on the right, a light on the left, a microphone.

  • Testing ideas fast

AI isn't just making websites faster. It's making experimentation cheaper. Less waiting. More building. More fuel.

I Built a Clone of Myself

“I'm gonna show you how you can use my clone to coach and mentor you when I'm not here.”

“We're all gonna die, and our legacy is how we help. This is my legacy. My clone is my legacy.”

What is inside

  • It draws you a diagram, creates tasks, creates goals
  • It learns from the community, so the more you contribute, the smarter it gets
