How to talk to Fuela

Sit. Talk. Dream. That is the whole trick.

How to talk to Fuela

How to talk to Fuela

Just talk. Voice notes are best. One place, no texting around.

  1. Open the app and tap the mic. Talk like you would to a friend who works for you.
  2. Say the whole thing in one go: who it is for, what you want, and by when. Long is fine.
  3. Use one place only. Talk to Fuela in her chat, not in texts, email and three other apps. Then everything lives together and she never loses it.
  4. Voice notes beat typing. She hears the details you would skip when you type.
  5. Any language works. Talk in yours.

Tip: Do not tidy your words first. Say it messy. She sorts it.

How to hand Fuela a dream

How to hand Fuela a dream

Sit, talk and dream. Say what you want it to feel like.

  1. Sit somewhere quiet for two minutes and open the mic.
  2. Start with the dream, not the task. Say what you want your business or life to look like when it works.
  3. Say who it is for and how you want them to feel.
  4. Stop when you run out. She asks if something is missing, and you answer the same way, by talking.
  5. She turns it into a plan with tasks, a page or a deck. You say yes, change it or not yet.

Tip: Big dreams are welcome. Small steps come after.

How to give Fuela feedback

How to give Fuela feedback

Feedback is a gift. Tell her what missed, she improves it.

  1. When something is not right, say so out loud, right away, in the same chat.
  2. Say what you expected and what you got. Two sentences is enough.
  3. Say what good looks like. An example helps a lot.
  4. She fixes it and also remembers it, so the next one is better.
  5. Say what she got right too. That teaches her as much as a fix.

Tip: You cannot hurt her feelings. Honest and fast is the kindest feedback.

  5. Share it by link or send it in a chat.

One sentence is enough. She builds it, you tweak by talking.

  1. Say what the page is for: a person, an offer, an event or a sale.
  2. Say who it is for and the one thing a visitor should do.
  3. Ask: build me the page. She writes it and sets it up.
  4. Change it by talking: bigger photo, shorter text, move the button up.
  5. Say publish when you love it.

Tip: One page, one job. Pages that ask for one thing get more of it.

  2. Say what you will do, how long it takes and what you want to charge, even roughly.
  3. Ask: write the proposal. She drafts it with scope, price and next step.
  4. Fix anything by talking. Nothing goes out until you say send.
  5. She tracks it, and reminds you to follow up if they go quiet.

  1. Say the topic, who should come and what they will walk away with.

  3. Ask: set up the webinar. She writes the sign up page, the reminders and the slides.
  4. Read the pieces and talk your changes.
  5. After it ends she sends the replay and a thank you, and tells you who asked questions.

Tip: Teach one thing well. A webinar is a lesson, not a pitch.
