Client Terms for Fuel Plans

• Pick a Fuel Plan: our service, the software, or both.
• We start once payment has cleared. Paid first, always.
• Your proposal or contract says exactly what we deliver.
• This adds to the Terms of Service; it never replaces it.

There are three Fuel Plans: Starter Fuel (coaching), Regular Fuel (co-pilot) and Premium Fuel (managed). Service and software are each optional at every level, and every plan includes access to the OS. Current plans are on our plans page, and how we work together is on How we work.

Work begins after your payment clears. New plans and upgrades bill quarterly, three months up front, with the charge shown plainly before you pay.

The first term is 90 days, because data, spend and results need about three months to settle. After that you can cancel any time, and the plan runs to the end of the period already paid.

Your proposal and contract list the deliverables, owners and timing. Where this page and your signed contract differ, your signed contract wins. We never forecast results or promise returns.

You own your brand, content and data. We never alter or replace the originals you upload, and we never move your people’s data anywhere without your written yes.
