Advanced Mode and the Help Desk: Ask Fuela and get the work done
Fuela's own space in chat, and a Help Desk that turns every request into a tracked task.
Basim Mousilli · October 17, 2026
Chat that does the work
Advanced Mode is Fuela's own space in chat. It has a name, a banner and a clear way back to normal chat. When Fuela needs a decision, it shows a card that says in plain words who asked and what for.
A Help Desk with a front door
Requests that arrive in the Help Desk, the team chat or a brand's room turn into tasks on their own. Nothing sits in a scroll waiting for someone to notice.
See the whole desk
Advanced Mode on the Help Desk shows open requests, response times, who has the ball, and what is overdue against the target, by brand and by person.
The question goes in. The task comes out. Somebody owns it.

Not sure where to start?
You do not need to know what to ask for.
You have just finished “Advanced Mode and the Help Desk: Ask Fuela and get the work done”. Most people arrive here knowing something is not working without being able to name it, and that is completely fine. Tell us what your week actually looks like and we will do the naming. Thirty minutes, and you will leave with a clearer picture whether or not you ever work with us.
- Come with a problem, not a specification
- You leave with something you can act on either way
- Plain English throughout. We promise
Thirty minutes, free, and you will speak to Basim rather than a salesperson. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better. Not ready for a calendar? Leave us a sentence instead and we will ring you.
