End User License Agreement

• We let you use the OS and the apps. You don’t own the software; you do own what you make with it.
• Use it lawfully and kindly. Don’t break it, copy it or use it to hurt anyone.
• AI helps you, but check anything important. You are responsible for what you send.
• Under 18? A parent or guardian accepts this for you.
• This adds to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which come first if anything differs.

Insert Fuel LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Insert Fuel OS (including Fuela, Fuel Docs and Fuel Slides) on the web and in our mobile apps, for as long as you have an account in good standing. A white-label version carries the same license under the brand that offers it.

• Copy, resell, rent or sublicense the software, or remove our notices.
• Reverse engineer it, except where the law allows that despite this clause.
• Break its security, overload it, or reach data you are not allowed to see.
• Use it to harass, deceive, spam or harm anyone, or to break the law.
• Use it to contact or collect data about a child without their parent’s consent.

Fuela and other AI features create text, translations, summaries, images and voice. You may use what they create for you. AI can be wrong, so review outputs before you rely on them or send them to others.

You keep ownership of what you upload and create. You give us the permission we need to store, process, translate and show it to the people you share it with, only to run the service. We never sell it. Your choices of private, team, brand or public decide who sees it.

We improve the software often, and updates may arrive automatically. Some features may change or end. We say so in the app when a change matters.

You can stop using the apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your license if you break this agreement or the Terms, with notice where we reasonably can. Sections 3, 4, 7 and 8 survive.

The software is provided as is, to the fullest extent the law allows. Our total liability under this agreement is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept this agreement for you and is responsible for your use. Young Builders join only with a parent or guardian’s consent; see the Young Builders Parental Consent.

If you got the app from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply to your download. This agreement is between you and Insert Fuel, not the store, and we are responsible for the app and its support.
